To secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit.
Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made:
1. Minimum fee for cancellation is R250.00
2. More than 28 days prior forfeit 10% of the total amount
3. 21-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the total amount
4. 14-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the total amount
5. 7-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the total amount
6. Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the total amount
In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed. Cash payments in South African currency only (no cheques).
